Let’s talk about something we all do but rarely discuss openly—poop! As a loving Creator, God designed our bodies with an intricate digestive system to nourish us and remove waste efficiently. When it’s not working properly, it’s a sign something’s out of balance.
Introducing The Poop Protocol—a biblically-inspired, plant-powered approach to smoother digestion, less bloating, and bowel movements that leave you feeling light and energized. "Whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." (1 Corinthians 10:31) That includes honoring your temple with proper elimination!
Step 1: Start Your Day God’s Way
"His mercies are new every morning" (Lamentations 3:23)—including mercies for your digestive system! Try these sunrise rituals:
☀ Hydrate with Gratitude – Begin with warm lemon water while thanking God for this new day. Add a pinch of turmeric for anti-inflammatory benefits.
☀ Move with Purpose – Try gentle rebounding (mini trampoline) or a prayer walk to stimulate digestion—no yoga required!
☀ Break Your Fast Wisely – Choose fiber-rich, whole plant foods like oatmeal with flaxseeds or a smoothie with leafy greens.
Step 2: Train Your Temple Well
"Don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit?" (1 Corinthians 6:19) Treat it accordingly:
